Where to find it: Main → Shipping → Shipments — Open in OTO ↗
The problem it solves
A merchant selling across a website, two marketplaces and eleven stores does not have an order problem — they have an allocation problem. The same SKU sits in several places, the customer’s address is half-written, and whoever picks the wrong warehouse pays for it in a failed delivery three days later. Omnichannel OMS takes every order from every channel, corrects the data, decides where it should be fulfilled from, and hands a clean, routable order to Shipping Management or OTO FLEX.

An order passes through five functions before it is releasable. Routing is the decision point — everything before it exists to make that decision reliable.

What it connects to
- Sales Channels — where orders come from and where statuses go back to.
- Inventory Management — the stock positions routing reads when it picks a location.
- Shipping Management — takes the routed order and turns it into a shipment.
- Warehouse Management — picks and packs what routing released.
