# Plans, pricing and add-ons

> Compare OTO's five plans, what each one adds, the limits that change by plan, add-ons and billing, and where to change your plan in the dashboard.

Your plan decides which modules are switched on, how much of each thing you can have, and what you pay. This page explains how the pieces fit together, what each plan adds, and where to change any of it.

## Three things set what you get

Packaging is not one dial. Three separate things combine, and confusing them is the usual reason a quote looks wrong.

| Piece | What it controls |

| **The plan** | Which modules are switched on, and the limits on users, carrier contracts and sales channels. Five of them: Free, Starter, Scale, Pro and Enterprise. |
| **Your monthly shipment volume** | The price of the plan. Each paid plan is sold in volume bands, and the headline price is the smallest band. Only shipments created on *your own* carrier contracts count toward it. |
| **Add-ons** | Capability sold separately from the plan, because not every merchant needs it: **OTO PACK** for running a warehouse, **OTO FLEX** for running your own delivery fleet. |

> **Shipping on OTO’s rates is unlimited on every plan, including Free**
>
> The volume band counts only the shipments you create on carrier contracts of your own. Ship entirely on OTO’s negotiated rates and your plan price does not move with volume at all.
>
> This is the single most useful thing to understand about the pricing. A merchant who has no carrier contracts of their own can grow a long way without the plan price changing.

## The five plans

| **Enterprise** | Large operations with their own systems, their own rules and their own commercial terms. | Custom | Custom |

> Within a paid plan, the price rises with the volume band you choose — Starter at 1,000 own-rate shipments a month costs more than Starter at 50.
>
> OTO is priced per region: SAR in Saudi Arabia, AED in the UAE, TRY in Türkiye. The [pricing page](https://www.tryoto.com/plans-ksa) carries the current figure for every band and every currency.

## What each plan adds

In the dashboard a plan is presented as a set of **modules**. Each module belongs to a tier, and every tier up to and including your own is switched on — so Scale gets the Free, Starter and Scale modules, and so on.

> **Two carrier numbers, and they measure different things**
>
> **More than 15** is the number of carriers OTO holds its own contracts with, and whose discounted rates you can ship on without negotiating anything.
>
> **460+** is the number of carriers OTO can connect to worldwide using a contract *you* hold. See [Carriers](https://docs.tryoto.com/integrations/carriers.md).

## Limits that change by plan

Individual API endpoints are gated the same way. The [REST API reference](https://docs.tryoto.com/developers/rest-api-reference.md) carries a plan badge on every endpoint naming the lowest plan that includes it.

## Add-ons

Two capabilities sit outside the plan ladder, because a merchant on any plan might need them and most do not. Both come in a **Basic** and a **Plus** tier, and both require a minimum plan underneath.

### OTO PACK — running a warehouse

**Basic** is available from Starter at SAR 499 a month; **Plus** from Scale at SAR 2,999 a month. This is what switches on the [Warehouse Management](https://docs.tryoto.com/modules/warehouse-management/overview.md) and the bin-level parts of [Inventory Management](https://docs.tryoto.com/modules/inventory-management/overview.md).

### OTO FLEX — running your own fleet

**Basic** is available from Starter at no extra charge; **Plus** from Scale, priced on enquiry. See [OTO FLEX](https://docs.tryoto.com/modules/oto-flex/overview.md).

> **Basic runs a fleet. Plus plans one.**
>
> Everything a driver does in the app — scanning, delivering, proof of pickup and delivery, COD, messaging the customer, live tracking — is in Basic, for an unlimited number of drivers.
>
> Plus adds the layer above the driver: who gets assigned what, in what order, along which route, and whether the job should go to your fleet or to a carrier at all.

### Custom integrations

Work OTO does for one account — advanced ERP automation, POS integration, external WMS integration and sync, driver app integration, custom tracking and alerts — is quoted as a one-time fee and available from Pro. ## Billing

## Managing your plan in OTO

The plan you are on is shown at the foot of the sidebar. Selecting it opens **Pricing**, which has two tabs.

**View Details** on any card opens that module’s own page, which states the plans it is available for and offers the three ways to get help with it.
